It was reported personally to The Right Jack that the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is in a budget dilemma in the Legislature. So, the Quaker State is operating, in part, on their budget from the previous year.

In the meantime, certain salary payments to state workers are not being made. However, do you know who IS getting paid. They are the ladies and gentlemen in jail. They are receiving their stipend on a regular basis. Pay the criminals. Is that not yet another sign that things in the USA have been turned upside down? … the right jack

Obama health care letter to Congress

Another Health Care letter to Senators and House members in Congress

Yet another letter to you regarding my great concern about the big spending Health Care bill that is now before the House and the Senate. I’m sure you have received thousands of letters and calls from the millions of us who are not only OPPOSED to many of the policies contained in the bill, but who are also OUTRAGED that congress would consider passing a bill that the Budget Office has said is fiscally UNSUSTAINABLE!!

I just heard a replay of President Obama promoting “his” Health Care bill today (July 20th). He said that this bill would provide “more options”, “better care”, all at “less cost”. I hate to say this about our President, but those are Lies!

The proposed plan will, in a short period of time, run all of the private insurance companies out of the health care business, leaving ONLY the government plan!

Better care for whom?? Illegal immigrants? Certainly not our senior citizens, for whom it has already been widely stated that care will be rationed. Not getting the care you need is certainly NOT better care.

Less Cost? An independent budget office has already said that the costs are only going to rise and over time will NOT be sustainable.

So now we have a plan being heavily promoted by our President that is actually going to offer: FEWER OPTIONS, LESS CARE and GREATER COSTS!! If you vote for this bill you will condemn every citizen in this country, except for those of you are EXEMPT, to higher taxes, lower quality medical care, or if you’re old, maybe NO medical care.

One other fact I want to point out: If we add 40 – 50 million new people to the Govt. Health Care Program and we have the same number of doctors that we have now, how can you honestly say that the level of medical care in this country will not decrease!!!

Also, if this bill passes and is implemented, many current doctors who are approaching retirement, will no doubt retire earlier than planned in order to avoid having to deal with the government controls that will not permit them to practice medicine as they feel they should. When this happens, we will have fewer doctors, which will only further decrease the quality of care. And, who is now going to be willing to become a doctor?? This is not a pretty picture!!

Obama telling more whoppers

In a very recent July 2009 pronouncement, Barack Obama stated quite seriously that Obama Death Care will:

- Provide better care
- Provide more options
- Cost less

Now, these are just flat out lies. More and more people are seeing it.

- Better care – NOT if you are a senior, approaching seniorhood or have a terminal ailment

- More options – government insurance will become the ONLY option but there are personal options to seek healthcare in other countries

- Cost less – it will reduce our supply of doctors, cost US jobs, BANKRUPT taxpayers and bankrupt the nation.

The media is keeping very quiet about the secret provisions in hurry-up-and-vote Obama Death Care Bill. If you are singing the same song as Obama, then you are telling lies just like him.

Bill Clinton told straight-faced lies to the nation.

- I did not have sex with that woman.
- I remember black churches being burned down when I was a kid.

This original saying, as I was growing up, applied mainly to the food on our tables. Obviously, this saying can be applied day in and day out to our government in Washington DC. Democrats have been big spenders and big taxers for decades. Republicans started wasteful spending, like Democrats, and then got squashed in the 2008 elections.

It is widely known that Democrats never saw a wasteful government spending program that they did not favor nor a tax that they did not like. Now, Democrats have sponsored these huge bank bailouts, auto industry takeovers and health care. This will be followed by immigration changes that will further pick our pockets.

Sarah Palin Ethics Charges

Let me see if I have this right. Sarah Palin has been attacked from all directions, both from the leftist media, leftist sympathizers and Democrat politicians. This has been happening to Republicans for the past 50+ years, since the days of President Dwight David Eisenhower.

To defend herself from these expensive political attacks, one or more defense funds were created. Keep in mind that these were not personal attacks against Palin. These are political attacks that would not have happened had she not been so popular in the political arena. It is all about politics.

Once done, the attackers then charge ETHICS violations as contributors help cover her expenses associated with these political charges/attacks.

Then what do the media and politicians do, who caused the problem. They trumpet the ethics charges as a way to further throw mud on her reputation.

Pretty slick, eh. No change in Democrat strategies. Nothing has to be true. It is just the seriousness of the charges that need to be exposed, to paraphrase Tip O’Neill, former Democrat House majority leader during the era of President Reagan.

Mixed messages from the Obamas

President Obama made a vital speech to the NAACP Thursday, the 16th July. He enthusiastically urged the members to get African American students moving forward when it comes to education. That usually means studying and learning school material.

Now, remember all of the flack that Bill Cosby took from the black community when he said much the same. He was roasted for pointing out that there were massive problems in the education of young African American children – high absentee rate, poor grades, high drop out rates.

Obama said that he wanted black children to start working toward becoming doctors, lawyers, engineers and teachers. What was most interesting to me about this speech was that Michelle Obama, not too long ago, was actually discouraging students from going into the professions. She urged them to take up service jobs and careers.

Why did she take that tact? Why were they going in two very different directions on education? What were their motives? Were they just shooting from the lip without thinking, or what ... the right jack

Eliminate golden health care system for Congress

Taxpayers want members of the United States Senate and House of Representatives to live under the same health care system as the rest of the US citizens. Eliminate the golden health care system for all government employees, regardless of age.

US Taxpayers are going to be very angry with our representatives in Congress when they learn that their brothers and sisters, parents, grandparents and favorite aunts and uncles are going to be denied essential life-saving health care.

Do you wonder why the Obama strategy is always to get a bill through Congress and passed as quickly as possible. It is simple. They do not want the contents of these bills to see the light on day. Small business, health care taxes, education and $12 billion

“Yesterday, President Obama announced an initiative to bolster community colleges, a measure that will cost taxpayers $12 Billion. I believe that more students should take advantage of lower cost community and vocation-oriented colleges, especially students seeking job-related training to enhance their employability.” (Source: Center for College Affordability and Productivity)

Around 50 per cent of the employees in the USA are in small businesses. Obama brainiacs plan to raise taxes on all but the smallest small businesses. Obama Taxers will also require all but the smallest small businesses to provide health care for employees. If they do not, they will face stiff government confiscatory fines.

Obama and his (student government) administrators want to provide millions of dollars to community colleges around the nation to train workers. This sounds great. However, many community college graduates are hired by small businesses. Where are these graduates going to find work when Obama taxes and fines our small businesses out of business in order to fund the insatiable Democrat money drain.

The bottom line is that the grandiose Obama plans, given birth by piece-meal Democrat agendas over the years, will only bankrupt our nation while they continue to sing the same old song about change. Added taxes and added cost of goods are going to effect everyone and kill jobs. Women, children and minorities will be the hardest hit, not to mention the rest of our US citizens … the right jack

Wonder why we are in trouble as a nation

Have you noticed who is left untouched by the Changes we can believe in.

Union members, particularly in the auto industry.

Union members, with nearly 50 per cent favoring Republicans, made substantial donations of time and money to Democrat politicians. That is to say, union bosses contributed greatly to Democrats. Workers did not get a vote. Getting paid to not work makes quite a hit to the cost of a car or truck.

Lawyers left untouched

Have you been paying attention to how many of our representatives in Congress are lawyers. Lawyers write the rules that we are forced to follow. As they say, it is difficult to beat a person at their own game.

According to The Maverick Philosopher, of the 535 members of the 109th Congress, 228 hold law degrees and 217 had former occupations in law. That is a total of 445 or 83%. Just 59 of 100 Senators in the 110th Congress are lawyers.

Trial Lawyers, particularly those involved in the liability business, are partly responsible for the high cost of health care in the USA. To protect themselves, doctors must call for all kinds of tests on patients that are not needed.

Why? Attorneys bring liability claims against doctors in hopes that it can be shown that the medical problem might have been discovered had a certain test been administered. These tests include all kinds of expensive drugs, CAT scans and MRIs. Then insurance companies settle rather than go through a trial where that liability claim MIGHT be upheld by a jury, thus costing substantially more than the settlement. Guilt or innocence has little to do with these settlements. So, doctors must carry massive liability coverage to protect themselves from ANY kind of liability action by lawyers. That increases our cost of health care.

Liability reform has not been brought up by the Obama administration.

Seniors will just have to suck it up, as Tom Daschle implies. Daschel is the author of the Czar Obama Health Care plan for everyone including seniors. When the Government health care system runs short of money, they just move the age limit down to 69 or 65 or 55 to cut costs. However, these age guidelines may not apply to illegals or legal international visitors in the country of vacation.

It's my fault

They told me if I voted for McCain, the nation's Hope would deteriorate, and sure enough there has been a 20 point drop in the Consumer Confidence Index since the election, reaching a lower point than any time during the Bush administration.

They told me if I voted for McCain, the US would become more deeply embroiled in the Middle East, and sure enough tens of thousands of additional troops are scheduled to be deployed into Afghanistan.

They told me if I voted for McCain, that the economy would get worse and sure enough unemployment is approaching 10% and the new stimulus packages implemented recently have sent the stock market lower than at any time since 9-11.

They told me if I voted for McCain, we would see more "crooks" in high ranking positions in Federal government and sure enough, several 
recent cabinet nominees and Senate appointments revealed resumes of bribery and tax fraud.

Well I ignored my Democrat friends in November and voted for McCain. And they were right ... all of their predictions have come true.

National Association of Realtors is supporting the Democrat Cap and Trade and Tax scam that has been refuted by international leaders. This bill includes provisions to require government home inspections to bring your abode up to current California standards before it can be sold. This includes: lighting, appliances, insulation in roof and walls, and on and on. This Obama tax grab (based on standards that have helped bankrupt California) will put yet another nail in the coffin of the real estate market. What is NAR thinking or who paid them off.

Our mortgage disaster and the fallout that is killing the general real estate market was created by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. As government policy, instituted by Jimmy Carter and then Bill Clinton, low cost loans were given to people who could not pay for the loans. Over a 6-8 year period, around 50 per cent of the loans covered by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac were politically supported loans of this type. Political pressure and threats of control were exerted on the mortgage industry by Congress to make these subprime loans.

Democrats were in charge of these two quasi-government agencies while Democrats in Congress (i.e., Barney Frank of Massachusetts and Christopher Dodds of Connecticut in particular) carried their water and looked the other way when trouble surfaced. Then they blamed the Bush administration for failing to provide oversight. Later, these two Congressional leaders said all was OK. SENIOR DEATH WARRANTS:

The actress Natasha Richardson died after falling skiing in Canada. It took eight hours to drive her to a hospital. If Canada had our healthcare she might be alive today. In the United States, we have medical evacuation helicopters that would have taken her to the hospital in 30 minutes.

In England, anyone over 59 cannot receive heart repairs or stents or bypass surgery because it is not covered as being too expensive and not needed.

Obama wants to have a healthcare system just like Canada and England.

The author of this part of the bill, former senator and tax evader, Tom Daschle was credited today by Bloomberg with the following statement:

"...health-care reform will not be pain free. Seniors should be more accepting of the conditions that come with age instead of treating them."

If this does not sufficiently raise your ire, just remember that our esteemed Senators and Congressmen have their own healthcare plan that is first dollar or very low co-pay which they are guaranteed for the remainder of their lives. Their health care plan is not subject to this new law if it passes.

Please use the power of the Internet to get this message out. Talk it up at the grassroots level. We have an election coming up in one year and nine months. And we have the ability to address and reverse the dangerous direction the Obama administration and its allies have begun and in the interim, we can make their lives miserable. Lets do this! Luxury Cars

Luxury cars are soon to be a thing of the past.

They have always been beyond my means but I took out a luxury 
car last week, just to drive that sucker.

The salesman sat in the back seat describing the car and options. The seats were of particular interest to me.

He explained the seats directed warm air to your fanny during the winter and directed cool air to your fanny in the summer heat.

I stated the car must be a Republican car. He asked why I thought it was a Republican car. I explained if it were 
a Democrat car the seats would blow smoke up your fanny year round.

Obama is on his own as countries around the world such as France, Poland, Australia, the Czech Republic, and New Zealand are turning against the cap-and-trade "Energy Tax" regressive policies for their own countries, and China that Obama is borrowing 50 cents of every dollar he spend from and India have rejected the idea for their emerging economies all along.

Even global warming advocates admit that the bill passed by the House will have no significant effect in reducing global warming, despite all of its costs for the America people.

You have no earthly idea what you have done to this senior citizen, his wife, our grown children, and our grandchildren. I am furious with You, your colleagues in Congress and Mr. Obama. You have betrayed us and most every American with your votes to burden us with unnecessary and unwanted tax and tax and tax socialism. You know that socialism always fails.

You are the worst kind of politician. You have no conscience. You are shameless. You show no remorse. You know that you are turning proud people into selfish dependents and yet you continue on this suicidal path of economic self-destruction. You have squashed the American dream in a few short months. It is my hope that you and your fellow Democrats never ever win an elected office again.
