Coal - Everyones taxes are going up

.
Not just the filthy rich job holders and job generators

A message from Advocacy Team Campaign for Mining

The U.S. House of Representatives may vote as soon as June 24 on climate change legislation sponsored by Reps. Henry Waxman (D-Calif.) and Ed Markey (D-Mass.) that threatens nearly 70,000 high-paying coal mining jobs and could saddle American consumers and businesses with drastically higher energy bills.

ACT Now and urge your elected members of Congress to oppose the "American Clean Energy and Security Act" (H.R. 2454). Tell Congress that climate change legislation must not jeopardize thousands of jobs or America's economic competitiveness and energy security.

Help make the mining community's voice heard. Tell Washington to reject H.R. 2454 and work towards responsible climate legislation.

Write Congress today.

Note From The Right Jack: Mining industry email received June 19, 2009. This bill, HR 2454, appears to be part of the larger Democrat agenda to shut down the coal mining industry in the USA. This will eliminate high paying jobs, raising energy taxes on everyone [not just the job generators] to fund alternate sources of more expensive energy and at the same time increase our dependency on foreign sources of energy.
