Gitmo detainees will be brought to New York to stand trial in federal criminal court, not face a military tribunal. These un-uniformed multi-national terrorists will be given US constitutional rights and judged by a jury of their peers.
Who among we US citizens are their peers AND who among us would even think of doing these dirty deeds. Who? … the right jack
